Privacy Policy
We built Mockshot.pro to be as privacy-respecting as possible. This page explains exactly what we collect, what we don't, and why.
01 — What we collect
Email address — collected when you sign in via Google OAuth or magic link. Used solely for authentication and to link your Pro purchase to your account.
Purchase record — when you purchase Pro, we store a purchase ID and your email to confirm and maintain your Pro status. We do not store any payment card details. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
Nothing else — we do not collect usage analytics, tracking pixels, behavioral data, or any third-party ad data.
02 — What we don't collect
Your screenshots — all image processing happens entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. Your screenshots are never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never seen by us.
Your mockups — exported PNG files are generated locally in your browser and downloaded directly to your device. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Cookies for tracking — we use a session cookie only for authentication (to keep you signed in). No advertising or tracking cookies.
03 — Third-party services
Supabase — used for authentication and database storage. Your email and Pro status are stored here. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant. See their privacy policy at supabase.com.
Lemon Squeezy — used for payment processing. They handle all card data. We receive only a payment confirmation. See their privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com.
Vercel — used for hosting. Standard web server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) may be retained briefly per their infrastructure policy.
04 — Data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@mockshot.pro. We will delete your account, email, and purchase records within 7 business days.
05 — Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Mockshot.pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
