Plain language terms for using Mockshot.pro. By using the service you agree to these terms.
01 — What Mockshot is
Mockshot.pro is a browser-based tool that lets you wrap screenshots in device frames and export them as PNG images. It is provided by an independent developer. All image processing happens in your browser — nothing is uploaded to our servers.
02 — Free plan
The free plan lets you use all device frames, backgrounds, and controls. Exports on the free plan include a small "Mockshot.pro" watermark. You can fully evaluate Mockshot before purchasing.
03 — Pro plan & payments
Pro is a one-time payment of $15 that unlocks watermark-free exports, 4K resolution, and Pro wallpaper backgrounds. Access is lifetime — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details.
04 — Refund policy
Mockshot can be fully tested before purchase — the free plan gives you complete access to the editor with watermarked exports. Because of this, purchases are non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Pro features, contact us at hello@mockshot.pro and we will help resolve it promptly.
05 — Acceptable use
You may use Mockshot.pro to create mockups for any lawful purpose — personal projects, commercial products, marketing materials, portfolios, and so on.
You may not use Mockshot.pro to process or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
You are responsible for the content of screenshots you upload. We do not review or access your images.
06 — Intellectual property
Mockshots you create are yours. You retain full ownership of your screenshots and any exported mockups. The Mockshot.pro application, brand, and UI are owned by the developer and may not be reproduced or resold.
07 — Availability & changes
We aim to keep Mockshot.pro available and maintained. The service is provided as-is without uptime guarantees. We may update features, pricing for new customers, or the service at any time. Existing Pro customers retain their Pro access.
08 — Limitation of liability
Mockshot.pro is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
